The narrative centers on Ryan taking over a household of women—including Tony's wife, Jacky, and wards Sidney and Lauren—after Tony leaves behind a massive debt to the Mafia. Players must manage weekly payments to the mob to prevent them from "taking what they are owed" in more dangerous ways. Simultaneously, Ryan must fend off a corrupt FBI agent targeting the household.
